FreightFiles provides trucking and transportation management software for companies, dispatchers, drivers, brokers, and other authorized users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you use FreightFiles.

FreightFiles may also store business information entered by your company, including trips, drivers, trucks, trailers, brokers, invoices, shipment information, notes, uploaded documents, and related operational records.

We may collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and application activity for security, reliability, troubleshooting, and service improvement.

3. Payments

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. FreightFiles does not directly store full credit or debit card numbers. Stripe may collect payment method details, billing information, and other information required to process transactions and prevent fraud.

4. How we use information

We use information to provide and operate FreightFiles, create and manage accounts, process subscriptions, provide customer support, maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations.

5. Service providers

We use third-party service providers to operate FreightFiles. These may include Stripe for billing, Supabase for database, authentication, storage and server-side services, Vercel for hosting and deployment, Resend for email delivery, and Mapbox for mapping features.

These providers may process information only as required to deliver their services to FreightFiles and are subject to their own privacy and security practices.

6. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide FreightFiles, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations.

When an account is permanently deleted, we will take reasonable steps to remove associated information, subject to legitimate backup, legal, accounting, security, or compliance requirements.
